课题组简介
陆稻生态型是节水抗旱稻绿色性状(如节水抗旱、养分高效等)的重要来源。解析陆稻旱作驯化中绿色性状起源与演化的遗传机制与分子机理,挖掘陆稻绿色性状基因资源,解析重要抗旱基因模块,对于节水抗旱稻设计育种具有重要的理论意义与育种价值。本课题组从陆稻绿色性状形成的遗传与分子机理切入,探究陆稻绿色基因资源的应用之道,建设节水抗旱稻设计育种理论体系与技术路线,提升节水抗旱稻育种能力与核心竞争力,为实现节水抗旱稻1522目标提供理论内核。
