课题组简介
基于节水抗旱稻抗旱基础上,围绕广适特性,侧重耐盐碱、耐淹、耐高低温以及光照不敏感等特性进行种质创新和新品种选育
研究方向及内容
(1)围绕广适特性,克隆及发掘利用控制耐盐碱抗性相关基因(QTL),开发实用分子标记;
(2)针对耐盐碱、耐淹等性状,利用常规育种方法结合育种芯片,进行耐盐新种质创制与新品种选育;
(3)针对北方,选育适宜低洼易涝地种植的特早熟节水抗旱稻品种;

奖项:
2014年6月,水旱对比环境下水稻抗旱性状相关基因的定位研究获江西省自然科学二等奖;
2010年11月,节水抗旱稻不育系、杂交组合选育和抗旱基因发掘技术获上海市科学技术一等奖;
2005年11月,栽培稻节水抗旱种质评价、创新与新品种选育研究获上海市科技进步一等奖;
