课题组简介
本课题组针对水稻避旱性的根系形态和叶片气孔等性状,利用高通量表型组学鉴定平台,开展水稻种质资源根系性状包括深根比、根数目、根系穿透力和叶片性状的精准鉴定与评价、遗传定位和候选基因发掘,对水稻重要根系性状基因包括生长素运输和信号转导组分编码基因在调控根系构型和避旱性中的作用进行研究,对水稻气孔和穗发育对干旱响应的遗传调控途径进行解析,挖掘关键避旱基因优异遗传变异进行应用研究。本课题组先后主持和承担多项国家自然科学基金、上海市自然科学基金的研究,在Plant Communications、Journal of Experimental Botany等国际期刊上发表多篇论文。申请多项发明专利并获得授权。
研究方向及内容
1.作物表型组学平台建设;
2.水稻种质资源根系性状包括深根比、根数目、向水性、根穿透力的精准鉴定评价;
3.水稻深根比候选基因的挖掘和功能鉴定;
4.水稻生长素运输和信号转导组分在调控根系构型和避旱性中的作用;
5.水稻产量与抗旱性的平衡机理与应用。
