植物抗旱功能基因组学研究和农作物遗传改良工程研究

长期从事水稻和油菜功能基因组研究，评价和分析水稻抗旱核心品种资源在抗旱性、生理等方面的表型差异，挖掘抗旱基因并阐明水稻抗旱稳产机制，并利用现代分子生物学技术进行农作物的遗传改良。先后主持过国家863计划、国家自然科学基金面上项目、上海市启明星计划和上海市自然科学基金，并参入了国家重大专项和上海市科委重大基础研究等项目，到目前为止已在国内外发表40多篇文章，申请国家发明专利19项，荣获上海市科技进步奖一等奖一次。
