获奖情况
拥有国家发明专利4项和实用新型专利1项。主持的种质资源超低温保存方面的研究成果曾获上海市技术发明二等奖。
研究成果
在水稻特别是旱稻和节水抗旱稻中,通过干旱胁迫压力选择,开展了抗旱相关转录组学及相关基因的克隆与机能解析,鉴定和克隆了水稻干旱胁迫响应或节水抗旱的功能基因和调控基因如非编码miRNA,阐明相关基因的功能、相互作用及其在水稻节水抗旱中的应用潜力。助力基因中心植物种质资源特别是离体种质资源的超低温保存技术平台的建设。探索利用滴灌栽培节水抗旱稻的技术工艺、可行性与环境效应。抗旱新基因OsAHL和小RNA miR171、miR408等相关研究工作分别在Sci. Reports, JXB和遗传杂志发表。
