2005年本科毕业于山东师范大学生命科学学院

2010年获得华东师范大学生命科学学院生物化学与分子生物学专业博士学位

2010年7月至今,在上海市农业生物基因中心工作

研究方向

植物抗逆分子遗传学

研究领域

植物抗逆分子遗传学,主要包括:

(1)水稻抗旱QTL候选基因的挖掘和功能鉴定;

(2)水稻耐旱相关转录调控因子的功能和作用机制研究;

(3)水稻深根性候选基因的挖掘和功能研究。

研究成果

近年来对在植物耐盐中起重要作用的Na+/H+逆向转运蛋白基因进行了克隆、表达模式分析和功能研究,揭示了此类基因同样具有显著的抗旱功能。同时,利用DNA改组技术结合酵母筛选系统对此类基因进行了定向进化,通过筛选得到了一个耐盐性显著提高的新Na+/H+逆向转运蛋白基因。对此新基因进行了初步的生化机制研究,为此类基因结构与功能关系的研究提供了新的证据。发表了4篇SCI论文,申请了2项国家发明专利和1项国际PCT专利。
