陈亮,上海市农业生物基因中心研究员,硕士生导师,闵行区领军人才。

研究方向

水稻深根性遗传研究,具体研究包括:基于深根比的根系生长角度的遗传研究和根系向重力性的遗传研究

研究领域

水稻抗旱遗传研究

研究成果

在水稻根系生长角度遗传研究方面取得了较大进展。探索建立了基于大田篮子的水稻根系生长角度观测方法,以深根比作为根系角度的检测指标,通过连锁分析和关联定位分析鉴定了一批深根比QTL,系统鉴定了不同生长角度根系中的转录组特征并挖掘出一批根系生长角度相关基因,相关研究结果发表在Journal of experimental botany、Frontiers in plant science等学术期刊上。发表学术论文近50篇,主持参与上海市启明星项目、上海市科委基础研究重点项目、上海市自然科学基金项目、上海市科技兴农重点攻关项目(基础研究类)、国家重点研发项目子课题、公益性行业(农业)专项子课题,参与了国家“973”、“863”、国家自然科学基金重点、国家转基因重大专项(抗病转基因水稻新品种选育专题)、上海市基础研究重大项目等课题。
